Senior Program Manager
Jessica is a Senior Program Manager of the SMUD Residential Rebate Program for Efficiency First California (EFCA). Before EFCA, Jessica worked with residential contractors in the Greater Sacramento Region under PG&E’s Home Upgrade Program for Ecology Action as their Outreach Specialist. She has worked for her husband’s construction company for the last 8 years directing the organization operations (HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax).
When Jessica is not at work, she enjoys her time spent with her children, gardening and long joy rides with her husband on their Harley’s.
