Course Description: 

This course provides comprehensive training on the proper installation, commissioning, and service of Eco-Logical OMNI air-to-water split-system hybrid heat pump water heaters. Topics include system overview, advantages, and efficiencies of split design over integrated HPWH towers, along with outdoor unit & tanks placement. The class will cover the refrigerant connection options including; line sizing, indoor tank connections, electrical & control requirements, startup & commissioning procedures, recovery rates, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Emphasis is placed on code-compliant installations, high-efficiency performance, and field-proven techniques specific to split-system HPWH technology used in residential and light commercial applications.
