    This metric shows how many times the air within a building is replaced in an hour under a pressure difference of 50 Pascals. It is calculated by converting CFM50 into hourly air changes and adjusting for the building’s volume.
  2. SLA (Specific Leakage Area):
    SLA is the ELA divided by the conditioned floor area of the building, providing a ratio that helps compare the airtightness of buildings of different sizes.
  3. EqLA (Equivalant Leakage Area):
    EqLA represents the total area of all the leaks in a building, expressed as if they were combined into a single hole.
