High-Performance Heat Pump – Sales and Marketing (Webinar)
Course Description: (Online / 2:00pm – 4:00pm Pacific Time)
This course walks through the complete sales process used by leading high-performance HVAC contractors – from the first website visit through referral generation. Topics include identifying your ideal customer, differentiating from the competition, websites that pre-qualify leads, intake calls and comfort surveys, setting expectations before the home visit, the home visit itself (including load calculation and airflow measurement), and delivering high-impact proposals and quotes. Emphasis is placed on reducing customer acquisition costs and winning on trust rather than price, using field-proven techniques from top heat pump contractors. Attendees receive a free toolkit, including a website self-audit checklist, intake call script, comfort survey template, and pre-visit video script.
