Cecily is an attorney and nonprofit governance leader specializing in nonprofits, CDFIs, social enterprises, and small businesses. She serves as Secretary of Social and Environmental Entrepreneurs (SEE) and Executive Director of Social Innovatus, a SEE project. A member of the California Lawyers Association Nonprofit Organizations Committee, Cecily has practiced law with Public Counsel and major firms like Latham & Watkins. She co-founded Sustainable Law Group P.C., recognized as a B Corp of the Year, and has held leadership roles with L.A. Kitchen and the Social Enterprise Alliance. Cecily is an alumna of Stanford Law School and USC.
Seth Anderson
Seth Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Anderson Heating & Air. A small family owned and operated company in the Sacramento Valley that focuses on educating customers on the benefits of electrification and inverter technology. Seth’s career has spanned the entire spectrum, from starting out as a maintenance technician to managing and directing one of the largest HVAC companies in Northern California. His desire to get back to in-depth customer education and affordability led to him leaving his corporate position, returning to his technical roots, and becoming a contractor. Seth has become a trusted industry source by local contractors, distributors, state/city officials, and his customers.
